Terms And Conditions
The applicant is required to meet all the clauses mentioned below. Please read all the clauses very carefully before applying for the competition. It is absolutely essential for the applicant to meet all the requirements mentioned below in order to participate.
- The Candidates must be between 18-40 years of age. He agrees that he is not under contract with any person, firm or corporation that would prevent his appearance or participation in the National competition and agrees to indemnify organizer for any claim, etc which may be brought against it in this regard. He understands that he must be of good moral character and health.
- The applicant should be a bona fide Indian citizen, holding a valid Indian passport and should be a resident of India as per the applicable laws of India.
- The applicant should not be under any commercial contract with any modeling agency at the time of appearing for the auditions.
- The applicant once shortlisted cannot be a part of any other commercial contract or pageant national or international.
- The applicant should not have been qualified for or taken part in any contest as a representative of any country other than India.
- The regional round expenses (travel & stay) will have to be borne by the participant.
- The winner of Respective Title need to manage their Traveling tickets, visa fees, international organization fees. We will help with sponsorship letter, visa formalities, International hotel stay, food, international airport pickup-drop and designer association for wardrobe.*****
- Candidates agree that the judge's prior decision is final, absolute and binding upon request.
- Rubaru Mr. India organizer, and sponsors are not responsible, accountable or liable in any manner whatsoever for any personal injury to anyone or damages / compensation, etc on account of any event, incident, cancellation / change in the rules and regulations or change in dates of the events or for any happening of any kind whatsoever, prior to or during or after the event.
- The Winners will forfeit all awards and privileges if he breaks his obligatory contractor and does not meet all requirements set forth within this agreement. The award would then be given to the first runner up.
- Candidates irrevocably consent and agree to unrestricted use by Rubaru Mr. India Contest / Organizer its authorized representatives, advertisers, successor, sponsors, customers and assigns of the name, picture, voice or photographs, etc of the Candidate and/ or with a group for advertising purpose or purposes of promotion, trade, press release or motion picture etc. He waives the right to inspect or approve such competed pictures, advertising, videos used in connection thereof and the decision of organizer shall be final.
- Candidates understand and agree that if he would be the pageant winner, he will be required to sign a contract with the organizer. He must be available to the pageants for any and all personal appearances at all scheduled events throughout his reign. He further understands that the inability to fulfill his contract may result in the forfeiture of his title and all prizes must be returned and shall be liable for any loss/damage that be suffered by Rubaru Mr. India contest. His successor will take his ace for the remainder of the year.
- The applicant agrees to abide by all rules as may be changed from time to time by the organizers and shall raise no objection whatsoever.
- The applicant will have to participate in a disciplined and diligent manner throughout the training program as per the schedule that will be given to them and participate in all the rehearsals. Any decision taken in this regard by Rubaru Mr. India Contest / Organizer shall be final.
- The Organizers are not responsible or liable in any manner whatsoever if sponsors do not make well the prizes promised by them.
- The Rubaru Mr. India Contest / Organizer are not responsible for any direct or consequential loss or any physical injury that may occur to the applicant on account of their participation in the pageant. The applicant will participate at his own risk and liability and shall have no claim whatsoever on any account against Rubaru Mr. India Contest / Organizers.
- Incorrect information will result in disqualification, whether discovered prior to, during or after the finals and the candidate shall be liable to the Rubaru Mr. India Contest / Organizers for such misrepresentation.
- The Registration / Grooming session fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.
- Any dispute or differences arising in relation to or in connection with the pageant shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts at Mumbai Maharashtra only.
- Once declare winner or runner-up applicant is not allowed to take part in Regional or International pageant with other organization until 36 months from the day of the announcement. Breaking such rules will be filed under the Maharashtra jurisdiction and also come under the contract of a penalty of Five Lakh in favor of the Rubaru Talent Promoting pvt.ltd.
- Subtitle winner can't take part for next 6 months from the time of the announcement in any regional or International pageant with other organization. Breaking such law will be filed under Haryana jurisdiction with a penalty of Three Lakh Indian rupees in favor of Rubaru Talent Promoting pvt.ltd.
- The applicant needs to edit bio on all social media platforms as per organization demand and use #hashtag given by the organization for the post you make in public (applicable to the winner & subtitle winner) as per the duration mention above.
