I ................................, certify that I have read and agree to abide by the official Parent/ Candidate rules and regulations for the upcoming Rubaru-Mr. & Miss Junior India. I further agree to strictly honor the terms and conditions of this agreement and agree to indemnify Rubaru-Mr. & Miss Junior India I Organizers against any claim I damages that may occur as a result of my default.

I hereby release and discharge Rubaru-Mr. & Miss Junior India/ Organizers its successors and persons, officers, authorized representatives, individua ls connected with it from any responsibility, liability or accountability of any kind whatsoever in connection with the Rubaru-Mr. & Miss Junior India Contest. Ihereby expressly and unconditionally discharge Rubaru-Mr. & Miss Junior India I Organizers from any responsibility or liability, claims, demands,costs,damages, expenses, loss of service,opportunity or any consequential event etc arising out of any act or occurrence during or leading up to or subsequent to said pageant.

The Parents/participant agrees to indemnify and compensate Rubaru-Mr. & Miss Junior India I organizers for any claim, loss, expenses damage etc that may be suffered by them as a consequence of any acts of commission or omission by the participant.

Terms And Conditions

The applicant is required to meet all the clauses mentioned below:

  • must be between 5-15 years of age only. Parents agrees that he/she is not under contract with any person, firm or corporation that would prevent his/her appearance or participation in the National/ nternational compe. tition and agrees to indemnify organizer for any claim etc, which may be brought against it in this regard. They understands that he/she must be of good health and positive nature also.
  • Parents/Candidates agree that the judge's prior decision is final, absolute and binding upon request.
  • Rubaru-Mr.& Miss Junior India,Contest /Organizer and Sponsors are not responsible, accountable or liable in any manner whatsoever for any personal injury to anyone or damages/ compensation etc on account of any event, incident,cancellation/ change in the rules and regulations or change in dates of the events or for any happening of any kind whatsoever, prior to or during or after the event.
  • The Winners will forfeit all awards and privileges if Parents/winner breaks his/her obligatory contractor do not meet all requirements set forth within this agreement. The award would then be given to the first runner up.
  • Candidates irrevocably consent and agree to unrestricted use by Rubaru-Mr. & Miss Junior India, Contest I organizer its authorized representatives, advertisers,successor, sponsors, customers and assigns of the name, picture, voice or photographs etc of the Candidate and/ or with a group for advertising purpose or purposes of promotion, trade,press release or motion picture etc. Parents/candidate waives the right to inspect or approve such competed pictures,advertising,videos used in connection thereof and the decision of organizer shall be final.
  • Parents/Candidates understand and agree that if he/she would be the pageant winner, he/she will be required to sign a one-year contract with organizer. He/she must be available to the pageants for any and all personal appearances at all scheduled events throughout his/her reign. They further understands that the inability to fulfill their contract may result in the forfeiture of his/ her title and all prizes must be returned and shall be liable for any loss/ damage that be suffered by Rubaru-Mr. & Miss Junior India, Contest . His/ her successor will take his ace for the remainder of the year.
  • Parents/ applicant agrees to abide by all rules as may be changed from time to time by the national orInternational organizers and shall raise no object ion whatsoever.
  • The Gaurdian and applicant will have to participate in a disciplined and diligent manner throughout the training program as per the schedule that will be given to them and participate in all the rehearsals. Any decision taken in this regard by Rubaru-Mr. & Miss Junior India, Contest I Organizers shall be final.
  • The Organizers are not responsible or liable in any manner whatsoever if sponsors do not make well the prizes promised by them.
  • The Rubaru-Mr. & Miss Junior India, Contest I Organizers are not responsible for any direct or consequential loss or any physical injury that may occur to the applicant on account of their participation in the pageant. The applicant will participate at his own risk and liability and shall have no claim whatsoever on any account against Rubaru Miss & Master India, Contest / Organizers.
  • Incorrect information will result in disqualification,whether discovered prior to,during or after the finals and the Candidate shall be liable to the Rubaru-Mr.& Miss Junior India,Contest / Organizers for such misrepresentation.
  • In the event of any dispute,it shall be referred to the sole arbitration of organizer Mr. Sandeep Kumar whose word in the matter shall be final and binding on the Parents/Applicant.
  • The Registration/ Grooming Session Fee is non refundable under all circumstances.Any dispute or differences arising in relation to or in connection with the pageant shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts at Bahadurgarh only.
