• The candidate must be between 25 - 40 years of age. she agrees that she is not under any contract with any person, firm or corporation that would prevent her appearance or participation in any state / national / international competition. she must agree to indemnify the organizer in case of any claim or defamation that the organizer encounters due to the candidate’s association with the organization.
• The candidate must be at least 5 ft. and 3 inches / 1.60 m / 160 cm tall.
• The candidate must possess a good moral character and must not have been part of any unethical / illegal / inhuman activity or controversy in her past.
• The candidate must not have any criminal record.
• The applicant should be a bona fide Indian citizen, holding a valid Indian passport and should be a resident of India as per the applicable laws of India.
• OCI / NRI candidates can also participate in the competition if they are able to produce valid and properly attested documents.
• The applicant should not be under any kind of contract with any modelling agency at the time of appearing for the auditions.
• The applicant once shortlisted cannot take part in any other pageant – state, national or international.
• The applicant upon her selection is not allowed to sign any kind of contract with any modelling agency or fashion house.
• The applicant should not have been qualified for or taken part in any contest as a representative of any country other than India.
• The regional round expenses (travel and accommodation) will have to be borne by the participant.
• The candidate must agree that the judge's decision is final.
• The candidate is required to inform the organizer regarding any state / national / international pageants that she has been part of prior to applying for Rubaru Mrs. India.
• The candidate must not have done any sort of nude photoshoots.
• The candidate must not have been part of any kind of softcore / mainstream pornographic videos.
• The candidate must not have appeared in any kind of explicit or vulgar videos.
• The candidate must be in proper health while applying for the competition.
• The candidate is required to inform the organizer regarding any type of cosmetic surgeries that she has undergone prior to applying for the competition.
• The candidate is required to inform the organizer regarding any kind of tattoos that she has had imprinted anywhere on her body.
• The candidate must not have indulged in any activity with any individual(s) that could bring disgrace / ignominy / bad name to the organization.
• If it was found that you did not meet all the requirements mentioned above after your selection, then the organization has complete right to disqualify you.

Rubaru Mrs. India organization / sponsors / associates are not responsible, accountable or liable in any manner whatsoever for any personal injury to anyone or damages / compensation, etc. on account of any event, incident, cancellation / change in the rules and regulations or change in dates of the events or for any happening of any kind whatsoever, prior to or during or after the event.

If you win the competition, then you are required to follow all the rules and guidelines issued by the Rubaru Mrs. India organization. If you failed to follow any of those guidelines, then you would be dethroned and be replaced by another candidate.

Candidates irrevocably consent and agree to unrestricted use by Rubaru Mrs. India contest / Organizer its authorized representatives, advertisers, successor, sponsors, customers and assigns of the name, picture, voice or photographs, etc. of the candidate and/ or with a group for advertising purpose or purposes of promotion, trade, press release or motion picture etc. she waives the right to inspect or approve such competed pictures, advertising, videos used in connection thereof and the decision of organizer shall be final.

Candidates understand and agree that if she would be the pageant winner, she will be required to sign a contract with the organizer. she must be available to the pageant for any and all personal appearances at all scheduled events throughout her reign. she further understands that the inability to fulfil her contract may result in the forfeiture of her title and all prizes must be returned and shall be liable for any loss /damage that be suffered by Rubaru Mrs. India contest. her successor will take her place for the remainder of the year.

The applicant agrees to abide by all rules as may be changed from time to time by the organizers and shall raise no objection whatsoever.

The applicant will have to participate in a disciplined and diligent manner throughout the training program as per the schedule that will be given to them and participate in all the rehearsals. Any decision taken in this regard by Rubaru Mrs. India contest / Organizer shall be final.

The Organizers are not responsible or liable in any manner whatsoever if sponsors do not make well the prizes promised by them.

The Rubaru Mrs. India contest / Organizer are not responsible for any direct or consequential loss or any physical injury that may occur to the applicant on account of their participation in the pageant. The applicant will participate at her own risk and liability and shall have no claim whatsoever on any account against Rubaru Mrs. India Mega Model Contest / Organizers.

Incorrect information will result in disqualification, whether discovered prior to, during or after the finals and the Candidate shall be liable to the Rubaru Mrs. India Contest / Organizers for such misrepresentation.

The Registration / Grooming session fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.

Any dispute or differences arising in relation to or in connection with the pageant shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts at Bahadurgarh, Haryana only.

Once declared the winner or runner-up, the applicant is not allowed to take part in Regional, national or International pageant with other organization until 36 months from the day of the announcement. Breaking such rules will be filed under the Haryana jurisdiction and also come under the contract of a penalty of Five Lakh in favor of the RUBARU Haryana Talent Promoting Group.

Special award winner can't take part for next 6 months from the time of the announcement in any regional, national or International pageant with other organization. Breaking such law will be filed under Haryana jurisdiction with a penalty of Three Lakh Indian rupees in favor of RUBARU Haryana Talent Promoting Group.

The applicant needs to edit bio on all social media platforms as per organization demand and use #hashtag given by the organization for the post you make in public (applicable to the winner & special winner) as per the duration mention above.
